Refund & Cancellation
11. Installation Orders
Orders for elevator installations involve custom manufacturing. Cancellation after the manufacturing process has started will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Modifications to orders may incur additional charges.
22. Maintenance Services
Maintenance contracts can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice. Any prepaid services for the remaining period will be refunded pro-rata, minus any administrative fees.
33. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval of the refund request. The refund will be credited back to the original source of payment or via bank transfer as agreed.
